1950s Benefit Dance



Put on your favorite poodle skirt or slick back that hair into a duck tail and come out to join in the fun at the 11th annual Yesteryear Event to be held on Saturday, May 9 at the Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club, 8000 E. Club Village Drive in Apache Junction from 5 to 11 p.m.

This year it is “Shake, Rattle and Roll-A ‘50s Street Dance,” that will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley - Apache Junction Branch. Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite 1950s inspired fashion and enjoy a special evening of fun and competition. There will dinner and live entertainment provided by The Geezer Band, and plenty of rock ‘n’ roll dancing of course. There will also be a
costume contest, raffles and prizes, a live and silent auction and even a hula competition!

The cost for attending this one of a kind event is $75 per person and that includes the meal. Group tables and seating reservations are available for six to ten people. This benefit is sponsored by Big Two Toyota/Scion of Chandler.
